Clearwater, FL – Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco Counties will welcome two families to their new homes in Largo tomorrow, Tuesday, August 8th, and Wednesday, August 9th. Both homes are made possible thanks to Pinellas Community Partnerships.

Tuesday, August 8th at 9:00 am, the Miller Family will earn the keys to their brand new Habitat Home. Richard and Rebekah Miller are the parents of four beautiful little girls who can’t wait to fill their new house with Barbie dolls and art projects.

“Our home will be a place of love and creativity. It will be a place our children and their friends will feel safe and welcome.”

Wednesday, August 9th at 9:00 am, the Roldan-Lozano Family will realize the American Dream when they open the door to their new home for the first time. Edwin Roldan and his wife, Yanitza Lozano, came to Florida from Puerto Rico in 2015 with their three children. They faced several hardships, including not knowing where to live when they arrived. Over the last few years they have been living in a trailer. Spanish is their primary language, and they have been able to move through the Habitat homeownership program through hard work and assistance from an interpreter.

“We final have a safe place of our own. A place where we will create many great memories for years and years to come for us, our children, and their future families someday.”
