Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco Counties is the beneficiary of “Shuffle On Home” a Shuffleboard event hosted by Guardian Restoration on Saturday, September 25th, 2021. The event will begin at 5:00 PM, when participates can choose between a mini-tournament or open play.

Guardian Restoration Services is a disaster restoration services company with services reaching throughout the West Central section of Florida. “We are excited to be partnering with Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco Counties on this inaugural event. Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco Counties continues to make a significant impact in our community,” said Hannah Gross, Director of Business Development for Guardian Restoration Services.
With new partners such as Baldwin Roofing Company, Wallace, Welch, and Willingham, U.S. Forensics and more, Habitat Homeowner Candidates will receive a hand-up in the build of their safe and affordable home.
Shuffle On Home will benefit families such as the Jack family. “Habitat for Humanity is not a hand out but a hand up to a new and improved life, a fresh start, and having a place to call home,” says April, a single mother to Isaiah, who is currently working towards her Habitat home.
The Jack family has lived in a crime-ridden apartment for over five years now. “The apartment complex and the people that live there are unpredictable. This has been difficult for myself and my son because my son loves to be outside and while living there it is not a safe environment to have him outside.” The family will soon have a safe and stable place of their own to grow over the years.
