find us today

Here at Habitat, we understand that these uncertain times can be difficult for everyone. As our staff works remotely for the next couple of weeks, we will be sharing how the Habitat team is staying positive during these changing times.

Camila, Office Manager and Executive Assistant, has spent this time relaxing and checking in on family and friends.

As she has been home alone during this time, she has enjoyed coloring mandalas, reading her current book Unhooked, and tending to her garden and plants. She also is using this time at home to stay in shape. “I have this great arm weight routine. I hope my arms look toned and defined when I come out of all of this.”

As family is important to her, Camila says she stays in touch daily. “We have a family group chat. With my sister and I both in self isolation, mom is taking point on remotely taking care of us. We all make sure to check in daily on each other.”

We asked our team to share any budgeting tips they follow. Camila shares that everyone should “Shop at Aldi. They have delicious finds at decent prices.” Her favorite snack at the moment is popcorn- but she mixes it up. “Add extra salt or chocolate syrup for a twist!”
