Our 2022 – 2023 fiscal year marked the 38th anniversary of Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco Counties. Thanks to your support, hundreds of homeowner partners have had the opportunity to improve their housing situations through a zero-percent interest mortgage, providing a safe and affordable place to live for years to come.

A hand up, not a handout.
Hard work and generosity made it possible for our homeowners to have something that most of us take for granted — peace of mind and a stable place for their children to thrive. Habitat Pinellas and West Pasco was named the largest affiliate for the first time year based on new home construction out of nearly 1,000 affiliates within the Habitat network. In 2023 alone, the affiliate was able to build and dedicate 80 homes, a record year. Through the commitment of our Habitat homeowner partners, board of directors, volunteers, donors and staff, our affiliate was able to make a deep impact in Pinellas and West Pasco Counties.

This fiscal year, our affiliate will build 75 homes for deserving families in our community.
