Habitat Communities

Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco is proud of each and every neighborhood that has been developed through partnering with our Habitat families, donors and volunteers. From our humble beginnings building on scattered lots to our current planned communities, Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco is striving to meet the need for affordable housing.

All of our neighborhoods have homeowner associations that take an active role in caring for the community. The homeowner associations implement and maintain the standards in each neighborhood. In addition, the HOA boards organize neighborhood clean-ups, block parties, safety fairs and other special events.

We invite you to join in our families accomplishments. Please click on the neighborhoods below for more information.
