Thank you for your interest in our new Lakeland Liquidation (LL) cabinet options. We are excited to be launching this service. Please pay close attention to the following:

• All cabinets come “flat packed”- if you would like LL to build the cabinets prior to delivery there will be an additional $30 charge per cabinet
• White & Gray Shaker cabinets- delivered in approximately 3 weeks
• Charleston (Antique White) & Espresso Shaker Cabinets- delivery in approximately 6 weeks
• Flat $280 shipping & delivery fee. Items will be shipped to Habitat. Habitat will call when received and it will be your responsibility to arrange pick up. If you have chosen to have your cabinets built, this will be done before delivery to Habitat.
• We DO NOT grant refunds/exchanges. Customer is responsible for knowing what they need and signing off that the order form is correct. Habitat will only offer a refund/exchange in cases where the cabinet arrives damaged or what was sent does not agree to the order form.
• IMPORTANT ORDER FORM INSTRUCTIONS: Make sure the dropdown for the cabinet color located in cell “G6” is correct. This will give you the most accurate pricing.
